Is it really LEGO®?
Yes. Your kit is built from all-new, genuine LEGO® bricks, bought specifically for your design.
Do I build it myself?
Yes, it arrives as a kit with your own step-by-step manual. Most people say that’s the best part: watching your pet appear brick by brick. A Mini is about an evening, a Showpiece a few weekends.
What photos do I need?
One clear photo is enough to start. Front, side and back in daylight help us get every marking right. You can add notes like “one floppy ear” or “grey stripe on the nose”.
What if I don’t like the design?
You approve the design before we source a single brick. Until then, we tweak it as many times as you need.
Can you do cats or other pets?
Yes: dogs, cats and most other pets. If you’re unsure, email support@brickspal.com with a photo and we’ll tell you.
I’m ordering in memory of a pet.
We’re so sorry for your loss. Many of our custom pets are memorials, and we treat them with extra care. Older or imperfect photos are fine; send what you have.
How long does it take?
Your design proof arrives within ~5 business days. After you approve it, your kit ships in about 2–4 weeks. Custom pets are made in order of approval, so for Christmas, order early.
What if a piece is missing?
