What exactly am I buying?

A brick building set. Each set contains the bricks and building instructions to build the model shown in the photos. The model is not pre-assembled: building it is half the fun.

How hard is it to build?

If you can follow step-by-step pictures, you can build it. Smaller sets and minis are a relaxing evening project; the larger figures take longer and are a great weekend build. Our sets are designed for teens and adults. See How It's Built for a look at the process.

What's the difference between the standard and the Bigger Size version?

Many figures come in two sizes. The Bigger Size version is the same animal and pose built at a larger scale, with more bricks and more detail. You can pick the size on the product page.

Is it suitable for children?

The sets contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. For younger builders we recommend building together with an adult.

Can I find my dog's or cat's breed and colour?

We carry dozens of dog breeds and cat types, often in several colours and poses. Browse by breed via the Dogs and Cats pages, or use the search bar at the top of the page.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery takes 2-5 business days within the United States, Canada and Mexico, and 2-8 business days within Europe. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link. See our Shipping page for all details.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with all payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return unused sets in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Read more on our Returns & Refunds page.

A piece is missing or damaged. What now?

Sorry about that! Contact us with your order number, the name of the set and a photo, and we'll sort it out with you.

Do the sets make a good gift?

Definitely. A brick version of someone's own pet is a personal gift for birthdays, holidays or in memory of a much-loved animal. Have a look at our Gifts Under $50.
