14-day right of withdrawal

Changed your mind? You can cancel your purchase within 14 days after you receive your order, without giving a reason.

How to return

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. Send the item(s) back within 14 days after letting us know. Sets must be unused and complete, in their original packaging.
3. Once we receive and check your return, we refund the purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Damaged, faulty or incomplete order?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll send replacement parts, a replacement set or a refund.
